About Us

Minnesota Publishing began in 2000 with Waconia Business as a direct mail magazine in the western part of Carver County.

Within two years, Waconia Business expanded into Minnesota Publishing. Under this new umbrella, coverage would expand with two more magazines and extend beyond Carver County. Southwest Business and West Lake Business respectively were created. Along with the Waconia Business, all three magazines continue to this day meeting the needs of advertisers and readers throughout Carver, West Hennepin, and Wright counties.

Minnesota Publishing still offers fun, light feature articles, and quizzes that encourage increased readership and devoted followers that look forward to monthly coupons, promotional advertising, and interesting features and articles about their local businesses.
